Internship Opportunities - WYNternship at Wyndham Worldwide
At Wyndham Worldwide we offer summer internship opportunities at work locations throughout our organization. More than just a summer job program, WYNternship offers college students excellent industry experience, along with the opportunity to learn from some of the most experienced and talented individuals in the hospitality industry.
Our Company hosts interns from a variety of backgrounds based on their diverse degrees, majors and cultural experiences. Candidates interested in the WYNternship experience should be active college students pursuing bachelor's and master's degrees from accredited colleges, universities, and trade schools.
WYNternship Program
Our WYNternship program is a 12-week paid, full-time internship. There is no guarantee of continued employment at the conclusion of the internship assignment, or upon graduation. Students participate in either a department-specific or a rotational schedule, as pre-determined by the hiring manager. In addition to being assigned hands-on work responsibilities, students will share and exchange their experiences with other interns as well as site leaders.
Along with the intern’s hiring manager, Human Resources and staffing team members also assist the student with their integration into our organization as well as satisfying any college intern credit requirements.

- Roundtable discussions with senior leadership
- Confidential surveys
- Presentation opportunities
- Intern group activities. For example, during the
2008 internship, students participated in Habitat for
Humanity, had a team bowling outing, among other
social activities.
Intern Eligibility
To be considered for an internship with Wyndham Worldwide, candidates should be currently enrolled in an accredited college, university or trade school degree program and meet specified department requirements as determined by each hiring manager.
