University Relations - Management Development Program
At Wyndham Worldwide we are designing a 15 to 18 month management development program for college graduates who have obtained their four-year degrees from an accredited college, university or trade school. We anticipate launching this program in early 2010.
Graduates selected to participate in the program will rotate through our four business units (Wyndham Hotel Group, Wyndham Vacation Ownership, Group RCI and Wyndham Worldwide Corporate Services) to complete pre-determined projects and reports.
Upon successful completion of the program it is anticipated that the participant will be provided a regular full-time professional career opportunity.
