Wyndham Worldwide “walks the talk” and strives to innovate when it comes to sustainable facilities. The Corporate Real Estate team developed and designed the corporate campus headquarters in Parsippany, N.J., according to the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program. The Company received a gold certification for its newest building on its corporate headquarters campus in addition to its two previously received silver-level LEED designations, making it the first and only company in New Jersey to hold LEED Certifications in both Commercial Interiors and Existing Building Operations and Maintenance. Nearly half of the Company’s domestic real estate portfolio by square footage now holds certification.

Wyndham Vacation Ownership headquarters in Florida received LEED Gold for Commercial Interiors, making it the largest Gold Certified project in the state of Florida.
RCI received LEED certification for Existing Building Operations and Maintenance.
Wyndham Vacation Ownership sales center in Branson received LEED certification for Commercial Interior.
