Stephen P. Holmes

 

Stephen P. Holmes

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Since its introduction in 2006, Stephen P. Holmes has served as chairman and CEO of Wyndham Worldwide, one of the world’s largest integrated hospitality companies that makes travel more accessible to more people in more places than anyone else.

Prior to the creation of Wyndham Worldwide, Mr. Holmes served in various leadership positions in the hospitality and financial services industries, including vice chairman and member of the board of directors of Cendant Corporation, where he oversaw Cendant’s hotel franchise, vehicle rental, timeshare development, timeshare exchange and vacation rental business. Mr. Holmes was also executive vice president and CFO of HFS, and managing director of The Blackstone Group. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte.

In addition to his position at Wyndham Worldwide, Mr. Holmes serves on Executive Committee of the World Travel & Tourism Council and is an officer of the Board of Trustees of Bucknell University.

Geoff Ballotti is the president and chief executive officer of Wyndham Hotel Group, responsible for the strategic direction, operation, growth and performance of the business, which employs more than 6,000 associates worldwide and is home to award-winning and highly recognizable lodging brands. Prior to his current role, Ballotti served six years as president and chief executive officer of Wyndham Exchange & Rentals, the global leader in vacation exchange and the world’s largest professionally managed vacation rentals business. Previously, Ballotti spent 20 years in various leadership positions for both Europe and North America at Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide. Ballotti serves on the board of directors for Christel House International, a not-for-profit organization that supports impoverished children throughout the world. He speaks both French and Italian.

Gail Mandel is President and CEO for Wyndham Destination Network, part of the Wyndham Worldwide family of companies (NYSE: WYN). Wyndham Destination Network is the world’s largest provider of professionally managed, unique vacation accommodations – from houseboats and cottages to rental homes and timeshare resorts. Its network comprises more than 110,000 properties in over 100 countries and consists of a collection of renowned brands including RCI®, The Registry Collection®, Wyndham Vacation Rentals, Hoseasons, Landal GreenParks, Novasol, cottages.com and James Villa Holidays. Mandel has more than 20 years of financial and business experience in the hospitality industry. As President and CEO, she oversees the overall operations and strategy for the timeshare exchange and vacation rentals businesses. Prior to this role, Mandel held senior finance positions at Wyndham Destination Network, Wyndham Worldwide, Cendant Corporation and HFS Incorporated. She began her career in the financial industry at Deloitte & Touche as a senior auditor.

Wyndham Vacation Ownership

As President and Chief Executive Officer of Wyndham Vacation Ownership (WVO), Michael D. Brown is responsible for the performance, growth and strategic direction of the world’s largest vacation ownership business. Brown joined Wyndham in 2017 after a successful executive leadership tenure at Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV), where he most recently served as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Before being appointed as COO for HGV in 2014, he served as Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing – Mainland U.S. and Europe. Prior to joining HGV in 2008, Brown served in a series of sales, development, operations, and finance leadership roles throughout the U.S., Europe and the Caribbean during his more than 16 years at Marriott International and Marriott Vacation Club International. Brown earned a bachelor’s degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. He currently serves as a member of American Resort Development Association’s (ARDA) International Foundation Board of Trustees and is the Chair of ARDA’s Meetings Committee.

 

 

David B. Wyshner

David B. Wyshner is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wyndham Worldwide, one of the world’s largest integrated hospitality companies.  In this role, he is responsible for all Company financial activities, as well as its information technology, mergers & acquisitions and sourcing functions.  Prior to joining Wyndham Worldwide, Mr. Wyshner was president and chief financial officer of Avis Budget Group, a global provider of vehicle rental services, and served as Avis Budget’s chief financial officer for more than ten years.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Wyshner served in positions of increasing responsibility, including executive vice president and treasurer, at Cendant Corporation, Wyndham Worldwide’s former parent company.  He began his career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch & Co., specializing in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions.  Mr. Wyshner is currently a trustee of The Hotchkiss School in Lakeville, Connecticut and of Kent Place School in Summit, New Jersey.

Chief Human Resources Officer

As executive vice president and chief human resources officer for Wyndham Worldwide, Mary Falvey leads a wide range of human resources, corporate social responsibility, and operations functions across the global enterprise of over 34,000 associates in nearly 100 countries, including human resources, HR technology platforms, payroll, benefits and recruitment; corporate real estate and facility operations; security; communications; sustainability, diversity, and philanthropy programs; and event management, including the Company’s title sponsorship of the historic PGA TOUR event, the Wyndham Championship.

Prior to the spin-off which created Wyndham Worldwide, Falvey served in several senior leadership positions at Cendant Corporation, including executive vice president of global human resources for RCI and vice president of human resources for the hotel division.  Earlier in her career, she held various human resources positions at Nabisco. She also currently serves on the Board of Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Northern New Jersey, and served as their Chairman for several years.

Scott G. McLester has served as our Executive Vice President and General Counsel since our separation from Cendant in July 2006. Mr. McLester was Senior Vice President, Legal for Cendant from April 2004 until our separation from Cendant in July 2006. Mr. McLester was Group Vice President, Legal for Cendant from March 2002 to April 2004, Vice President, Legal for Cendant from February 2001 to March 2002 and Senior Counsel for Cendant from June 2000 to February 2001. Prior to joining Cendant, Mr. McLester was a Vice President in the Law Department of Merrill Lynch in New York and a partner with the law firm of Carpenter, Bennett and Morrissey in Newark, New Jersey.
