Then, between 12:01 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. EST on December 2, they need only call the hotel directly and request a reservation under the Orange Wednesday rate.
Stays made using the Orange Wednesday rate must be completed by March 2, 2016. Participating hotels will each take a maximum of three reservations under this Orange Wednesday rate and travelers are limited to a reservation of one room at a participating property.
